THE GLOBAL GAME PLAN - Part VI
he present work, The Global Game Plan, has sought to assign the role of the King of the North, found in Daniel's 11th chapter, to the present alignment of geo-political powers lead by the American Empire. The Northern power is vigorously opposed by the Southern power, there declared to be the King of the South.
This "the King of the South," may be viewed as a consortium of the developing nations, most notably China, the Arab Oil Exporting nations, commonly yoked via OPEC (and the lesser known core group known as OAPEC, or the Organization of Arab Exporting Countries), the Arab League, the African Union, and other nations inhabiting what used to be called "the third world."
Although Daniel's narrative addresses the collectives just described in an individual sense, the "script" is truly multi-generational, and multi-dimensional. Thus, it's possible to seamlessly morph from one individual, who is functioning as the "point man" of either faction, to another individual representing the same faction. In some cases, the text actually specifies there is a shift in the person leading the way. For example, at one point, the text details a generational shift:
"So the king of the south shall come into his kingdom, and shall return into his own land. But his sons shall be stirred up, and shall assemble a multitude of great forces: and one shall certainly come..." (Daniel 11:9,10)
In a later sequence, in the run up to Barack Obama in the contemporary timeline, we see a subtle reference to two different wars conducted by a father and son -- an account we've previously linked to Gulf War I and Gulf War II in Iraq, with George H.W. Bush and his son George W. Bush moving against the South.
"...he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his father's fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches....." (Daniel 11:24)
As stated earlier, Iraq would certainly be considered the South, for it was at that time the 3rd largest oil exporter in OPEC. Although Bush the elder pushed Saddam Hussein's forces out of Kuwait as the "hired gun" of the Al-Sabah family (in the first US ground war ever conducted against an OPEC nation), he stopped short of regime change.
However, Bush the younger removed Saddam from power, and even more significantly, canceled all existing contracts for Iraqi oil -- something his dynastic oil industry family line had never even attempted. Furthermore, when Bush II installed an Iraqi government favorable to the Northern power, an astonishing amount of wealth was shifted into hands which were friendly to the North:
"...and he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches....then shall he return into his land with great riches..." (Daniel 11:24,28)
The huge run-up to both Gulf wars is vividly described simultaneously, when this portion of Daniel (that which we call the Armageddon Script) elaborates on the military buildup to the invasion of Baghdad by the Northern power:
"And he shall stir up his power and his courage against the king of the south with a great army; and the king of the south shall be stirred up to battle with a very great and mighty army....." (Daniel 11:25)
It is amazing how quickly people forget the real tension and trepidation felt in America as both Gulf wars were being readied. Political and military observers (as well as many prophecy figures) publicly fretted that Saddam Hussein might use chemical weapons on our troops. Amidst widespread reports that Saddam was hiding unstated weapons of mass destruction, media figures voiced concerns that if he were desperate enough, Hussein would destroy his own capital in an ultimate manifestation of his "scorched earth" strategy.
When the invasion of Baghdad began, reports reached Americans that the vaunted Republican guard had mysteriously surrendered when they were in defensible positions. Although many said it was simple cowardice in the face of American military superiority, we later learned that commanders in key defensive units in the approach to Baghdad accepted bribes to surrender. It is well documented that the illicit deals agreed to by numerous Iraqi intelligence officials included their relocation to the United States, where they and their families were given houses and handsome salaries for their service:
"...but he [Saddam, the king of the South] shall not stand: for they shall forecast devices [read conspire] against him. Yea, they that feed of the portion of his meat [those on Saddam's payroll] shall destroy him [and] he shall not stand...." (Daniel 11:24,25,24)
At the time, many may remember that Saddam Hussein publicly challenged George W Bush to meet with him -- an offer Bush the younger loudly refused. There were, however, published reports that negotiations were underway for Saddam to go into exile in a last ditch effort to avoid the bloodshed of an invasion -- and presumably, he was offered a bribe as well:
"And both these kings' hearts shall be to do mischief, and they shall speak lies at one table..." (Daniel 11:27)
In view of recent efforts which have been widely publicized over similar attempts to offer exile to Libyan dictator Moammar Qaddaffi (a similar deal was recently accepted by Yemen's Ali Saleh for exile in Saudi Arabia), this is hardly implausible. Indeed, those who have been around awhile may remember America arranged for the Shah of Iran to flee to America when he was threatened in the Islamic revolution decades ago. However, Saddam refused all offers, and the attempt to diplomatically remove him failed:
"...but it [the negotiation between the Northern and Southern kings] shall not prosper: for yet the end shall be at the time appointed" (Daniel 11:27)
It is at this stage the Northern king returns in triumph, for not only was Saddam ousted, arrested, and executed ("destroyed" in the text), the Northern aggressor redistributed an incalculable wealth which was divided among his oil cronies:
"Then shall he return into his land with great riches....." (Daniel 11:28)
Actually, it's singularly astonishing how Americans fail to grasp how the taxpayers financed an incredibly expensive military foray into the 3rd largest oil producer in OPEC, and the liars in the government continued to tell us the Iraqi war was not about oil. The obvious question is, where did all the money go? It's very obvious someone got very rich, even as the nation was intentionally driven into insolvency as Bush II left office.
But astute observers are aware, this was all part of the Global Game Plan, and a necessary step in order to bring the nation to the point where they would be so hungry for change, they would welcome a man who is obviously working with a hidden program comprised of deception, political subterfuge, and an unprecedented and unique religious agenda.
The matrix of prophetic sequence found in Daniel's 11th chapter has been repeatedly addressed by James Lloyd. For more, listen to the online audio clip found at THE KING OF THE NORTH.
