The Other Side Of The Flood Part III

The Other Side Of The Flood series, I last wrote about the pivotal events which occurred at the onset of the Baby Boom – in 1947 – and the flood of Antichrist oriented developments which swept into the world at that point in time. This paralleled the epic flood of Noah, even as Christ described “the days of the Son of man” (Luke 17:26), as patterned after the time of Noah. Although dispensational (aka Rapture Cult) interests would likely concur with the statements proffered in the first part of this series, particularly the fact the United Nations produced a resolution in November 1947 calling for the partition of Palestine (the event which paved the way for the May 14, 1948 declaration of the state of Israel), such universally reverse course when they learn this development is described in Scripture as the rise of the Little Horn.

Still clinging to the hackneyed idea the re-emergence of Israel functions as the Lord’s supposed “timepiece,” the Antichrist echelon of Jewish Supremacists are unable to comprehend the truth of national Israel’s true identity:

“When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart” (Matthew 13:19).

The hard truth is, the Jewish re-gathering into the Middle East marks the release of the restraint of Antichrist – not the beginning of a supposed national conversion:

“When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he [is scattered among the nations and] walketh about through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation” (Matthew 12:43, 44).

The Spiritual signatures are everywhere in the anecdotal data surrounding this event. For example, even the math associated with the text is significant, for this sequence shows the “unclean spirit” to be the first, in terms of priority, when Christ uses the word “other” to characterize the seven spirits in the narrative. By saying there are “seven other spirits,” the original “unclean spirit” becomes a supernatural bookend – as it is the first, followed by seven more.

After the seven plus the original “unclean spirit” returns to the land following the lengthy dispersion, and “they enter in,” the first is now the eighth – a mystical variant related to the Scriptural arrangement of heptads, where the eighth day becomes the first day of the new “week,” and re-initializes the cycle.

“And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition” (Revelation 17:11).

As the “unclean spirit” was cast out, we see that it “was,” even as it “is not” when it wanders in “dry places.” This coincides with the “deadly wound” sequence, where the vessel containing the evil is portrayed as though “it were wounded to death“ (Revelation 13:3). This “deadly wound” occurred with the demise of the Jewish state in 70 AD, and that is also confirmed in the Word of God, which tells us this “wound [was] by a sword” (Revelation 13:14) – a rather obvious indicator of a violent end. Thus, the Jewish diaspora is predicted by Jesus Himself in this amazing passage from the Gospels – decades before it began.

The passage which identifies “seven” others which are also wicked is widely misunderstood as well, for very few understand the Devilish power is antithetical, in that each faction (or spirit) seeks his own will – the exact opposite of yielding one’s own will to the Father. Thus, the “seven other spirits” are not in collusion with the “unclean spirit,” they are in conflict with it, as they are also said to be “more wicked than himself.”

In reviewing the news accounts of the return of the Jews to the “house” from which they were cast out, we find a fascinating record which confirms the New Testament statements concerning the “unclean spirit” when he returns, accompanied by “seven other spirits.” The New York Post daily newspaper had avidly followed the events at the United Nations – events which culminated in the declaration of the state of Israel, immediately followed by an all out attack by the Arabs, and a decisive victory by the Jews. When the plans of seven Arab nations were foiled with the Jewish victory, the pivotal story featured the following headline:

One Against Seven

This Time David Is Victor Over Seven Goliaths

As evangelical “Christians” rejoiced, and admiring political observers wondered “who is like unto [these people], who can make war with [them],” prophecy was openly fulfilled, but very, very few recognized it.

“…broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it”(Matthew 7:13, 14).
